AGREEMENT
The Client acknowledges and agrees that they do not have the right to reupload/use any videos or files contained within the course for their own purposes/ business.
The Client understands and agrees that all payments made are non-refundable, even in emergency situations. Once payment is received, there will be no reversal of transactions.
The Client acknowledges that this is a self-paced learning program, and it is not a one-on-one training. All necessary information is provided within the course videos, and the Client is responsible for their independent study.
The Client acknowledges that due to a high volume of inquiries, the Company cannot guarantee immediate responses. Urgent matters will be addressed at the earliest convenience.
All payment methods, including bank transactions, PayPal, Stripe, or any other funds-related processes, are not included within the course. The Client is responsible for handling their own payment methods.
The Client acknowledges that their success is solely dependent on their actions and efforts, and not on the course or the Founder.
The Client understands and accepts that earnings are not guaranteed by enrolling in this course. The Company and the Founder do not assure any specific financial outcomes, and the Client's success is contingent on individual efforts and various factors. As simply as, no effort = no money
In the event that the Client fails to adhere to or breaches any terms outlined in this Agreement or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of the course, the Client may face consequences, including being called out, losing access, or legal action. Additionally, a penalty of $20,000 may be imposed.
